These classes are powerful, check the dates below and sign up for either a single class, or shave $10 off of each session by buying a package.

I've been to a LOT of breathwork classes...Mary's class is by far the best! Mary is an out of this world angel and the style of breath she leads you through will not only bring a huge release and sense of cleansing, but the experience is truly otherworldly. It's such a sacred and special time and I tell all of my friends about these classes!!
